Architectural Design forms one of the three arcs of the Messuti Triad™, influencing and being influenced by both Landscape and Aquatic Design.
Our role is to orchestrate these relationships—bringing clarity, proportion, and purpose to every built element so the exterior becomes a seamless extension of the home.

Every decision integrates civil, structural, mechanical, and aquatic engineering under on roof, managed by our design studio, from the outset, ensuring the architecture is as beautiful as it is buildable, and as functional as it is timeless

We design the exterior architecture of a property—pavilions, additions, pool houses, wellness structures, outdoor rooms, and the thresholds that connect inside and out. Our architectural work defines the geometry, proportion, materiality, and spatial rhythm that guide how the exterior is experienced.

Our process begins with feasibility, zoning, and context—evaluating what can be built and how it should be shaped. From there, we integrate civil, structural, and aquatic engineering into a design-led framework that guides the entire project, ensuring clarity from concept through construction.
